The Town of Mantua Council will be holding a Public Hearing on August 2, 2018, at 6:15 pm, at Town Hall, 409 North Main Street, for a Conditional Use Permit for the Little Valley Store and Campground to install a Propane Filing Station, at 130 North Main St, Mantua, Utah.

The Town of Mantua Council will be holding a Public Hearing for the following items:

The Preliminary Plat Plan for Chase Smith’s Lucky Oak Subdivision located on the West side of Willard Peak Road.  The subdivision will consist of 5-5 acre lots.  

The Town of Mantua, located in Box Elder County, Utah, serving development within the Town’s current boundaries intend to adopt a Proposed Park Impact Fee Analysis.  This Analysis will be available for public inspection at the hearing.  

The Public Hearing will be held on July 19, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Town Hall, 409 North Main Street, Mantua Utah.

Notice of IntentThe Town of Mantua, located in Box Elder County, Utah serving development within the Town's current municipal boundaries intend to contract to prepare or amend an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) related to Parks.  Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of the Utah Code Ann. 11-36A-503.  The Service Area for this analysis is the entire municipal boundaries.  You are hereby invited to provide information for the Town to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents.

The Mantua Fire Department is looking for those interested in becoming a member of the department.  There are application forms at Town Hall or on this website under FORMS.  You can either bring it by Town Hall or drop it in the brown drop box in front of Town Hall. 

The Town is looking for residents interested in helping with the Emergency Preparedness Program.  If you would be interested in helping with this please contact Town Hall 435-723-7054.

There are no meetings to be held the week of June 24-30.

ATV stickers are due and payable at Town Hall bring proof of registration.

Mantua Town and Court offices are located at 409 North Main Street, Mantua, UT 84324. Office hours are 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding Federal and State holidays. Court offices are closed for Federal elections.

Mantua Justice Court is held Tuesday evenings from 6 - 8 p.m.  A clerk is available during court office hours of 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday - Friday.  Court will be closed on Federal holidays and elections.
